Refunds are processed once the returned product has been received and verified by the seller.
For prepaid orders, refunds are generally initiated within 5–7 business days of cancellation or return approval.
Refunds for prepaid orders are credited back to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued as a demand draft or through other available methods.
